Şevki Pekin Mimarlık

Architect
Born in 1946. He has started his secondary education in İstanbul Galatasaray High School, continued in United States and completed in İstanbul Robert College.

He has continued his education in Vienna Technical University Faculty of Architecture and Vienna State Academy of Fine Arts School of Architecture. He has received his diploma in 1973. He has worked in İstanbul Atatürk Cultural Center project between the years 1965-1966. He has carried out his architecture profession in Vienna between the years 1966-1974. Coming back to Turkey in 1974, he has worked with Aydın Boysan for a year and still continues his studies in his own office.

Şevki Pekin's publications include "Office Studies" in 1983 and his articles and interviews on various projects and buildings have been published in Turkish and Austrian architectural publications. His two buildings have been published on "Turkish Architecture Yearbook" in 1999 and again two buildings on A+U Japanese architecture magazine in July, 2000 Turkey edition.
