Culture acquires different definitions and is reconstructed everyday within the context of the relations we form with our environment, with each other and other living beings.We produce and consume culture together. Therefore, a building designed for cultural purposes is a public space for collective production, sharing and dialogue. How can architecture host such dynamism and versatility? How can a building designed for cultural purposes begin to rise without knowing what is going to be in it and how it will be managed?
